Overview
This project wasn’t just about design, it was about reshaping the Employer Portal from the ground up. Over one quarter, we moved from discovery and strategy alignment with clients and internal leadership to testing, validating and executing the new Employer Dashboard.
The mission was clear: build a tool that doesn’t only show the value of Rain, but proves how an EWA product can influence critical business metrics like tenure, retention and absenteeism, turning Rain into a strategic partner for employers, not just a benefit provider.
